Yes! Mint Cottage is completely private, vacation rental property that you have all to yourself. All the luxury of a world-class hotel without any other guests around.

Mint Cottage stands out from other rentals due to its luxurious, modern design combined with a spacious and thoughtfully appointed living space. Renovated in 2023, it offers a high-end experience similar to a five-star hotel stay, but is completely private.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11am.

When will I receive check-in information?

Two days before your arrival (or upon booking if arriving within two days), you’ll receive an email with check-in details, including directions, the key code, WiFi password and more.

Up to 8 people are allowed on the property at the same time, including the registered overnight guests (up to four).

No pets allowed.

No smoking or vaping

No candles/open flames

Please, don't use hair dye, glitter, confetti, or any other products that can cause permanent damage and/or require extra cleaning fees.

Is Mint Cottage a pet-friendly property?

Pets are not allowed, but ADA qualified service animals are always welcome. A service animal must be with its handler at all times and must not be left alone in the house -- even crated -- without our permission.

Is Mint Cottage accessible to someone with mobility issues?

There are 14 steps to get into Mint Cottage, but once inside, everything is on the same level with smooth transitions between rooms. There is a small threshold to get into the walk-in shower.
