Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11am.

When will I receive check-in information?

Two days before your arrival (or upon booking if arriving within two days), you’ll receive an email with check-in details, including directions, the key code, WiFi password and more.

Yes, Mint Cottage is fully equipped for your stay.

What are the House Rules?

​

Up to 8 people are allowed on the property at the same time, including the registered overnight guests (up to four).

No pets allowed.

No smoking or vaping

No candles/open flames

Please, don't use hair dye, glitter, confetti, or any other products that can cause permanent damage and/or require extra cleaning fees.

Is Mint Cottage a pet-friendly property?

​

Pets are not allowed, but ADA qualified service animals are always welcome. A service animal must be with its handler at all times and must not be left alone in the house -- even crated -- without our permission.

Is Mint Cottage accessible to someone with mobility issues?

​

There are 14 steps to get into Mint Cottage, but once inside, everything is on the same level with smooth transitions between rooms.  There is a small threshold to get into the walk-in shower.

How far is Mint Cottage from The Inn at Little Washington?

It’s a five-minute walk (up a short hill) to The Inn at Little Washington or a 1-minute drive.

100% refund if you cancel more than 30 days before your check-in date

50% refund if you cancel between 8 and 30 days before your check-in date

No refund if you cancel 7 days or fewer before check-in date
